tensorflow-0.7.1-cp34-none-linux_x86_64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

You might encounter the following error:

$ pip3 install --upgrade https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/cpu/tensorflow-0.7.1-cp34-none-linux_x86_64.whl
tensorflow-0.7.1-cp34-none-linux_x86_64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.
$

If you're using Python 3.5, use Python 3.4.
