fatal: Unable to create 'C:/Users/izeye/IdeaProjects/test/.git/packed-refs.lock': File exists. error: failed to run pack-refs

If you encounter the following error in Windows:

fatal: Unable to create 'C:/Users/izeye/IdeaProjects/test/.git/packed-refs.lock': File exists. error: failed to run pack-refs

delete the file as follows:

del .git\packed-refs.lock
