Freezing with "conda install seaborn"

When freezing with "conda install seaborn" as follows:

mkl-2017.0.1-0  16% |#####                           | ETA:  0:45:43  35.41 kB/s

Just try with "conda install mkl" first and then try with "conda install seaborn".

It works for me but I didn't get why.
